You may return sealed products within 14 days of delivery if they remain unopened and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@my-lorcana-shop.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Unfortunately, single cards from boosters are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and fairness of our trading card sales. Please consider this before making your purchase.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 7 days to process, depending on your payment provider's policies.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you require a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@my-lorcana-shop.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
